Getting ready for our visit

 Have a good whip round to tidy up all clutter, piles of washing, pots and pans, toys, shampoo bottles, pet bowls, personal pictures etc.

 Don’t let these ruin the all important external shots. Wherever possible, drive or wheel them out of sight. 

 Open all internal doors and draw back curtains/open blinds to maximise the light in your property to show the ‘flow’ of the house. 

Please ensure all private documents are put away and are out of sight. Our cameras will clearly show anything that is on display.

 Some furry friends insist on posing for pictures. Try to ensure your furry friend is not sat in the window or in the room when we are taking photographs.

 Turn on every light in the house. Day or night, rain or shine, the more light, the better!
